I am called of God. My authority is above that of kings of the earth. By revelation I have been selected as a personal representative of the Lord Jesus Christ. He is my master and He has chosen me to represent Him--to stand in His place, to say and do what He Himself would say and do if He personally were ministering to the very people to whom He has sent me. My voice is His voice, and my acts are His acts; my doctrine is His doctrine. My Commission is to do what He wants done; To say what He wants said; to be a living modern witness in word and in deed of the divinity of his great and marvelous Latter-day work. How great is my calling! • My Missionary Commission • Elder Bruce R. McConkie •

LETTER: Elder Brayden Schneider • November 3rd, 2010

I didnt get the package yet... but it will come, and when we get mail they send it up to maribor the next time some missionaries come up, so we get maill about once every 1 or 2 weeks! Thanks!

ok so... remember the ping pong guy, i won!! of course, hahaha

So this week was alot of tracting and contacting, haha thats about it. We lost most of our investigators. The weather started to get a little colder, and for Slovenians thats not a good thing, because they base their attitude on how the weather is.
We were tracting this week and we knocked on this ladies door and she actually had a full on moustache! it was kinda weird, hahaha it was huge, my comp just stared at her and didnt say much. it was super weird. Then her neighbor was even crazier, we rang her doorbell and she told us to leave her alone then she followed us down the hallway and just kept yelling and saying weird things at us. hahaha it was kinda funny, she did it for about 15 mins while we finished doing all the apparments! Then she said she called the cops but they cops probably thought she was too crazy to do anything.

Well i have been with my comp for almost 4 months.... that is a long time to be with another guy non-stop and i still have 1 more month with him, at the least! haha oh well.

Sorry i wrote you back today, cause monday it was closed because they had a holiday.

Oh so something cool happened well in Slovenia they have a day called (the day of the dead) And at night everyone get candles and puts them on grave sites, well we went to visit this event cause we thought it would be cool/effective to contact people there. It was just to wierd to contact people, so we could only walk thru, but they had thousands of candles. On almost every grave site they had about 10 or more big candles... It was super cool looking, but... i forgot my camera again!

Thanks for everything, and next week i will write on monday again!!! :)

ps... dad get better!!!
pss.. TELL ANDREW SCHNEIDER HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!! AND THAT HE IS THE TIGHTEST KID EVER!!!
